Peter Block is an executive vice president and joined Colliers International to lead and develop the retail investment practice group. He is a 30-year industry veteran with a primary focus in the single tenant NNN space and an emphasis on working with franchisees and franchisors. He is also the chairman of Colliers NNN investment practice and has transacted record setting sales in Chicago, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C.

Business and Educational Background
Prior to joining Colliers, Peter spent nearly a decade at both Cushman & Wakefield and Insignia/CBRE.
Peter is currently a member and involved with the Restaurant Finance & Development Conference, the Northern Illinois Franchise Association and is a member of the International Counsel of Shopping Centers. He is also a past President of Nacore International and a past president of Corenet International.

Professional Accomplishments
Peter was selected in 2002 by Chicago Real Estate as a rising star in their inaugural “40 under 40" issue.
In addition, Peter has been asked to speak at a number of events including Real Share Net Lease Forum, the Chicago Bar Association, Corenet International functions, Midwest Forum, Bisnow, and John Marshall Law School and a number of market forecasting events throughout the Midwest.
